I am a Cupcake Queen. I absolutely love them and love making them just as much. Although, I am not up to speed on my own recipe for the batter and I use mix from a box, so technically "Queen" is probably not suiting. Anyhow, I would probably seriously consider opening a little hometown vibe cupcake shop if it wasn't for the fact that after all that baking, you have to do all that washing of pans. That part sucks.
